Üzümlü,kayısı kompostosu Ben bekarken bizim evde ramazan gelmeden bir gün önce üzümlü kayısı kompostosu pişer hazırlanırdı. Ve hiç eksik olmadan bayrama kadar mutlaka pişerdi.
Evlendikten sonra uygulamaya çalıştım ama olmadı:)
Ramazan boyunca en fazla 3 kez pişiriyorum.
Tamamen sizin damak zevkinize kalmış şekerini ,üzümünü,kayısısını,suyunu azaltıp çoğaltabilirsiniz
Ben benim damak zevkimi yazayım:)
2.5 litre su
1 .5 çay bardağı kuru üzüm
1 kase kuru kayısı
1 su bardağı şeker
Yapılışı
Üzümleri yıkıyoruz 2.5 litre suyla haşlıyoruz üzümler şişince. yıkadığımız ve sıcak suda yarım saat beklettiğimiz kayısıları ilave ediyoruz kayısılar pişince şekerini koyup altını kapatıyoruz.
